Everyone has abandoned me. Jon Ashby and Wally Fong have refused to promote Camp Fastforward at their site, and are begging me to shut this historic and worthwhile festival down. They WANT CAMP FASTFORWARD SHUT DOWN!!     Why??     Because they're afraid of the message I present, the message of truly independent cinema. Ladies and gentlemen, don't believe it for a second. If you are a true believer, you can now see that Rewind is controlled by corporate fascists just like every other media outlet in the world. You think Rewind doesn't have an agenda? Ha! Everyone has an agenda, and that agenda is to further ITSELF, and DESTROY ANYONE WHO PRESENTS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE REWIND WAY OF THINKING.     I have known for a long time that my opinions are not welcome here. Because I am unhappy with the way Rewind is run, and the way it does not seem to support cinema that may be considered controversial, or strange, or directed by Garrett Gilchrist. So they wish to silence me! But I have a voice! AND I AM NOT ALONE!     Wait, actually I am alone, strike that. But there's a way to change that.     You must COME TO CAMP FASTFORWARD AND JOIN ME!!! TOGETHER WE CAN START SOMETHING GREAT!!     What I am going to unveil in today's Camp Fastforward video is not only an update on my current mental state, but also a NEW AND BOLDLY EXPERIMENTAL WAY OF LOOKING AT THE FILM MEDIUM ITSELF. THIS IS THE SORT OF BOLDLY ORIGINAL CINEMA THAT REWINDVIDEO.COM WISHES TO SUPPRESS.     It may astound and amaze you. It may even frighten you with its dark brilliance.     But you will know why Camp Fastforward was created. We never had a "way" of thinking to begin with, we just provide a service, for free at that.
